Preferred Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of experience and a degree in a technical field or an equivalent combination of experience and education
2. Hands-on experience with Tableau and dashboard design and development
3. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and managing large data sets.
4. Must be able to tell the story of various dashboards to technical and non-technical audiences
5. Able to work in a manual data analytics environment.
6. Experience in generating performance and financial visualizations based on data tools within the organization.
7. Ability to communicate complex technical ideas regardless of the technical capacity of the audience.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
9. Strong analytical and critical thinking
10. Experience in transforming raw/flat data from System of Record (SOR) and using it via Tableau to generate dashboards.
11. Experience with Tableau and dashboard/metrics design and development.
12. Working knowledge of Rally agile tool
13. Working knowledge of Agile framework and performance metrics
14. Working knowledge of Alteryx ETL tool
