Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join a dedicated and collaborative specialty team in Shelton CT.

This full-time permanent opportunity offers a collegial practice environment with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care surgical excellence and work-life balance. Physicians will provide evaluation diagnosis and treatment of ear nose throat head and neck disorders for patients of all ages.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate diagnose and manage conditions related to the ear nose throat head and neck.

  • Perform surgical and non-surgical interventions for ENT-related disorders.

  • Provide care for patients with sinus disease hearing loss allergies voice disorders and head & neck tumors.

  • Collaborate with audiologists allergists and primary care physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

  • Participate in team meetings peer reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Educate patients on preventive measures and long-term ENT health management.

Qualifications

  • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology; eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.

  • Experience: Previous clinical or surgical experience preferred but new graduates and residents are welcome to apply.
