A day in the life.
As our Compliance & Regulatory Analyst on the McGriff Specialty Team youll provide compliance and regulatory services to McGriff teammates. Areas of responsibility may include carrier/intermediary approval and contracting broker service agreements (fee agreements) outside producer agreements business associate agreements (BAAs) non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) carrier appointments and other compliance and market conduct matters.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build internal relationships and problem solve accordingly
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member with minimal guidance
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to analyze complex compliance issues evaluate risks and develop effective solutions
Strong comprehension skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory documents and agreements
Ability to work autonomously
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
Insurance industry knowledge and experience with various lines of coverage (Commercial Personal Employee Benefits Title etc.)
