What Youll Do:
Assist clients with bathing dressing and daily hygiene needs in a respectful supportive manner.
Monitor and document changes in condition communicating promptly with nursing staff.
Prepare light meals perform household tasks and provide companionship to promote well-being.
Maintain safety and infection control standards within each home environment.
Offer mobility support and assist with prescribed exercises when needed.
