Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and highly motivated Process Technician to join our production team. This position is a key member of the process development implementation and improvement teams focused on developing innovative processes equipment and tooling to accelerate RMPs growth. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both process development and equipment improvement. A strong drive to learn new skills and acquire knowledge will enhance your ability to support production.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Train and Develop team members on applicable equipment and safety protocols.
  • Identify manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to resolve on going production issue.
  • Record equipment setup changes and major adjustments for tracking data and root causing issues.
  • Establish and maintain process parameters for manufacturing quality in finish product.
  • Optimize process parameters for consistent output.
  • Troubleshoot molding machine/tooling for processing problem.
  • Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot issues in both maintenance and production as they arise through SPC or other data analysis.
  • Support engineering activities including process and equipment validations.
  • Document and present results of production and quality in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to the completion of projects manage own time on agreed targets develop plans for own projects and leads small project teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in blow molding.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail good organization analytical and reasoning skills
  • Ability to work with others in cross-functional team environment. Following and training to both written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable with frequent change of direction dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

  • Experience with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment with an emphasis in blow molding
  • Able to be hands-on with equipment and tooling.
  • Experience interpreting SPC Process Capability and Gauge R&R

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Plastics blow molding: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Jonesboro AR 72401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
