Make a difference as Digital Marketing Specialist

As part of our Global Digital Marketing team youll be responsible for:

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

• Creating and managing global content calendars and tailored messaging for diverse markets.

• Leading and coordinating global/regional marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analysing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.

• Supporting digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with innovation teams.

• Managing relationships with agencies consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment and quality.

• Advising on trends and improvements in digital marketing tools and workflows.

Your team and workplace

Youll report to the Global Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including regional marketing teams market intelligence internal communications and innovation & digitalization teams. Youll also work closely with external agencies and customers to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective. The role is based in Enkhuizen with a global operational reach.

What you bring as a future colleague

• A degree in (Digital) Marketing IT Business Administration or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with marketing automation tools CMS CRM systems and digital platforms.

• Understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

• The ability to drive results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into compelling and effective marketing campaigns

• Proven experience working with digital experience platforms to optimize customer engagement

• Experience in performance marketing (SEA & SMM) is considered an advantage
