LEGAL COUNSEL & CONTRACT MANAGER (MFD) Part-Time (20-24hrs & 4-5days per week) Mandatory German C1 (min.)

As part of our local Legal team you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations.

Part-Time job offering:

• 20 - 24 hourse per week
• 4 - 5 days per week
• Fully remote from anywhere in Germany

 Your mission & learning opportunities

• Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts with customers partners and service providers
• Providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks especially in IT Cyber Security Software Resale and SaaS
• Collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies
• Monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services

Qualifications :

 So is this the right job for you

• Degree in German Law (First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred)
• Solid experience in contract drafting and review ideally within Cyber Security services or SaaS industries
• Understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the IT sector
• High sense of responsibility strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Team player with a structured and independent working style

Language skills (both mandatory):

• German (full professional proficiency C1) and English (full professional proficiency)

Location:

• Ideally you live in the surroundings of Munich (Germany)
• Remote (from anywhere in Germany)
