- Tracking leads deals and follow-ups in our CRM
- Hitting monthly sales goals and celebrating wins with the team
- No sales experience or Some sales experience (bonus if its in cleaning janitorial or service industries)
- Confident communicator whos good with people.
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule.
- Comfortable doing on-site visits (youll need a drivers license your own vehicle)
- Organized reliable and goal oriented.
- Base pay uncapped commissions (earn what youre worth!)
- Flexible schedule and some remote work

We are looking for courteous self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations office buildings and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work travel between jobs and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation proof of insurance and a valid drivers license to be considered for employment.
