Job Summary
This role is to deliver an enterprise-wide CRM solution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create manage and track the overall project plan to exit Nimbus
- Liaise with key vendors to confirm requirements and solutions for specific components (including working with existing CAB projects where they will provide the alternative solutions)
- Wok with IT and Procurement partners to secure good commercial terms for new solutions
- Oversee technology and business implementation including development (in-house and/or external vendors; testing training and other operational readiness activities
- Prepare for and run key governance fora including the steering committee and working group
Qualifications :
- Degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
- 10 years of financial services change delivery experience preferably in Payments/FX/Banking
- Deep experience in delivering CRM projects and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential
