Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercial leadership in developing sales and growth strategies.
- Conduct pricing margin and promotion analysis to drive profitability.
- Forecast and monitor revenue and assigned category KPIs.
- Provide commercial insights for category planning assortment decisions and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage relationships with assigned key vendors brands and logistics partners.
- Oversee partner onboarding contract management and SLA compliance.
- Lead negotiations for better terms margins or operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and fulfilment teams to ensure inventory availability and service quality.
- Monitor SKU-level performance and suggest optimisations (e.g. delisting promo focus).
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues between internal teams and external partners.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track sales returns profitability and vendor performance.
- Identify process gaps using data and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Liaise with marketing finance and product teams to ensure campaign alignment and operational feasibility.
Qualifications :
- At least 4 years experience in similar or adjacent roles
- Degree in any Business Management Supply Chain Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sourcing product development or category management
- Demonstrated background in similar roles with supermarket/grocery industry would be a plus
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Thinks creatively and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment
