Job Summary
We are looking for friendly faces to join our team as a shift leader! Do you have the determination and drive to run a shift at a store directing employees and striving to make each customers experience the best it can be As a shift leader you will be expected to:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Managing employees: Providing direct supervision training new employees and ensuring employees follow company and legal regulations
- Managing cash: Handling cash drops managing deposits and ensuring cash franchisee management policies are followed
- Resolving problems: Addressing issues that arise during their shift
