Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Decatur United States is seeking an energetic and dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at our 1948 E. Eldorado St. location. As a Shift Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations delivering exceptional customer service and leading our team to success.
- Oversee and manage daily shift operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Lead and motivate team members fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer interactions professionally resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Answer phone calls and process customer orders accurately
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Participate in hands-on tasks as needed including food preparation and delivery coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Contribute to achieving store performance goals and targets
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly professional demeanor
- Strong money management and basic math skills
- Proficiency in store operations and point-of-sale systems
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick sound decisions
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus
