The Outcomes Coordinator reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Collects analyzes and produces quality data for the critical care department. Responsible for the preparation of standard reports analyzes areas for quality and performance improvement and supports the team to ensure that patient services are delivered in a manner that balances quality of care with efficiency cost-containment and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Designs data queries based on customer inquiries/needs. Extracts validates and analyzes desired data.
- Collaborates on the design implementation and evaluation of clinical data analysis processes
- Makes recommendations for performance initiative plans based on data trends and analysis.
Qualifications :
Required:
- High School Graduate or Equivalent.
- Ability to be creative organized and self-directed. Experience with Excel Access Word PowerPoint at competent proficiency level.
Preferred:
- Three or more years relevant experience.
- Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare related field.
- Registered Nursing License.
- CNA CERT.
