Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for planning executing and closing projects coordinating resources managing deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliverables

Will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders ensure customer satisfaction and be able to understand and analyze business contexts while maintaining positive communication

Responsibilities

Planning and organization

Must master the expression of needs and the scope of work sold to define the project objectives and expected deliverables
Develop the project plan including deadlines and necessary resources
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Identify what is outside the scope of the project to define any necessary amendments

Resource management:

Coordinate internal and external teams
Ensure optimal distribution of tasks and responsibilities
Monitor work progress and adjust resources accordingly

Follow-up and reporting:

Establish performance indicators and dashboards
Write regular reports on the projects progress
Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed of progress and any issues
Weekly reporting (weather risks schedule workload remaining tasks)
Must track actions and decisions through factual and concise reports

Quality and compliance:

Ensure that deliverables meet the quality standards defined
Ensure compliance with Group regulations and standards

Financial monitoring of the project:

Responsible for approving resource allocations for their project (at the end of each week and month)
Manages costs/budget and issues alerts when necessary

Project closure:

Ensure delivery of final deliverables
Evaluate project performance and document lessons learned
Conduct a project review and propose improvements for future projects

Qualifications :

Ability to summarize a situation to a manager or client
Adaptability and technical curiosity
Service- and solution-oriented vision
Interest in technology and creativity in understanding technical solutions
Rigorous and critical thinking
Willingness to share with colleagues who need to learn new concepts and/or technologies
Ability to lead workshops with a client or partner in a friendly manner
Ability to communicate and persuade
Conduct negotiations with internal and external partners
Good interpersonal skills to work with other departments within the company and its clients
Leadership and ability to motivate teams
Results-oriented and detail-oriented.
