Job Summary
- Handle event inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare event proposals contracts and function sheets.
- Liaise with internal departments (F&B housekeeping AV etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
- Monitor event timelines budgets and logistics.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up post-event for feedback and future business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and update the event management system.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in event planning or conference services preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication client service abilities and sales driven.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
