- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages tailored to target markets.
- Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows industry events and client functions.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Support the Director of Sales in budgeting planning and team development.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in hotel sales preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to lead a team.
- Knowledge of local and international market segments.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality is preferred.
