Job Summary

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads through networking sales calls and site inspections.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages tailored to target markets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows industry events and client functions.
  • Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Support the Director of Sales in budgeting planning and team development.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in hotel sales preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of local and international market segments.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality is preferred.
