Job Description:
- Plan organize and direct the Medical Aesthetic Sales team to meet or exceed defined sales profit and market share goals.
- Manage sales team spend targets.
- Develop strong business relationships with key customers and influencers to maintain and grow business.
- Lead manage coach and develop a competent and committed sales team.
- Drive execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Regularly provide coaching and feedback fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Monitor sales performance analyze data for trends risks and opportunities.
- Manage budgets and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with marketing product development and other teams for goal alignment.
- Ensure compliance with AbbVies ethical standards and business integrity.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science Healthcare or Marketing disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of financial management experience with 3-5 years in a similar role within pharmaceutical medical device OTC or aesthetics business.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams of managers.
- Strong business and financial acumen strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with capability to manage under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Business English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Prior experience as a manager of managers and organizational leader is preferred.
- Learning agility and growth mindset.
- Strong collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic communication skills are essential.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and AbbVie values.
