- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns including sourcing screening interviewing and selecting candidates
- Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns tracking their start and end dates
- Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns providing necessary orientation and resources
- Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Manage and regularly update the intern database
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or any related fields
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions
- Proactive responsible and able to work independently
- Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
Additional Information :
- Full-time paid internship for 7 months (December 2025-June 2026).
- Will not graduate during the Internship Program.
