ServiceStream is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects lead field teams and ensure high-quality compliant delivery across our network builds.

Field Supervisor ODM Telecommunications ServiceStream
Location: Sydney New South Wales
Reports to: Regional Delivery Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Business Unit: Telecommunications ODM (On-Demand Module)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors across multiple NBN projects.
- Conduct site assessments and surveys to support detailed design and construction.
- Manage construction schedules to meet key delivery milestones.
- Ensure compliance with NBN Design Standards OH&S policies and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with clients public authorities and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Drive contractor performance ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Support training onboarding and compliance management for subcontractors.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience in external plant network construction.
- Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and large-scale project portfolios.
- Hands-on experience with HFC FTTN FTTC FTTP FTTB technologies.
- Strong background in civil construction cable hauling and NBN network delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
- Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry-recognised accreditations.
- Experience in ODM NBN contracts and site assessments.
