Are you a seasoned leader in NBN infrastructure delivery with a passion for driving operational excellence and contractor performance

ServiceStream is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects lead field teams and ensure high-quality compliant delivery across our network builds.

About the Role

Field Supervisor ODM Telecommunications ServiceStream

Location: Sydney New South Wales
Reports to: Regional Delivery Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Business Unit: Telecommunications ODM (On-Demand Module)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors across multiple NBN projects.
  • Conduct site assessments and surveys to support detailed design and construction.
  • Manage construction schedules to meet key delivery milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with NBN Design Standards OH&S policies and quality benchmarks.
  • Liaise with clients public authorities and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Drive contractor performance ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
  • Support training onboarding and compliance management for subcontractors.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in external plant network construction.
  • Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and large-scale project portfolios.
  • Hands-on experience with HFC FTTN FTTC FTTP FTTB technologies.
  • Strong background in civil construction cable hauling and NBN network delivery.
  • Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry-recognised accreditations.
  • Experience in ODM NBN contracts and site assessments.
