Job Summary

Create a warm welcome and friendly conversation for customers
Serve customers a wide variety of beverages to a high-quality standard
Looking after the Tab and Keno operations maintaining a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for all patrons
Ensuring the venue is clean and inviting for all visitors
Taking customer orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
Provide luxury Food & Beverage service to guests in the Restaurant and Room81 Bar

Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role:

Experience in a bar & gaming venue
Proven capability to maintain monitor and operate gaming machines
Certification and experience in responsible service of gaming and alcohol
Knowledge and skills in bartending making a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
Attention to detail taking orders efficiently and accurately
Excellent communication skills outgoing personality and emotional intelligence
Able to learn menu items to connect and share with guests and create memorable dining experiences
Previous experience in a luxury hotel is advantageous
