Job Summary
smartdept. is searching for a Digital Asset Management Assistant for a global healthcare automation solutions provider (remote opportunity). The ideal candidate will come with 1 years of experience. This is a project-based fully remote 12 month contract opportunity.
Were seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Management Assistant to support a large-scale digital asset project. The primary responsibility will be renaming photo file names according to a specific naming convention within a new digital asset management platform. This is a straightforward but time-consuming task that requires accuracy and consistency
What Youll Do:
- Review and rename a high volume of photo files to match established naming guidelines
- Work within a digital asset management platform to ensure all file names are accurate and standardized
- Collaborate with internal team members for clarification or questions on naming conventions
- Maintain attention to detail and organization throughout the project
- 1 years of administrative data entry or digital asset management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with file management systems and digital platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or B2B environments
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
