Shift: Weekend Nights (6pm-6am) Week 1: Fri/Sat/Sun Week 2: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun

What youll do
As a Utility Operator you will be the indispensable operational expert ensuring the smooth and safe execution of all daily plant activities alongside the shift supervisor. This means leveraging your complete knowledge of production functions to resolve issues maintain strict safety and 5S compliance and own the accuracy of all production reports and monitoring systems. You will not only drive continuous improvement initiatives but also Own your career growth by constantly expanding your technical mastery in all plant disciplines allowing you to effectively coach and influence your team in line with our purpose of Feeding the Future.
Who were looking for
We seek an experienced and solutions-focused professional with 5 years of chemical manufacturing experience who is ready to Own Itboth in plant performance and in their professional journey. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of all production functions and a proven ability to direct lead and influence others. We need someone who will Own their career growth by actively taking the initiative to drive their own development expand their expertise and contribute directly to Nutrecos success. If you are a clear communicator and leader adept at quickly assessing issues and inspired to join a purpose-driven team that values empowerment and collaboration youre the person were looking for.
Youll also need:
Minimum 5 years chemical manufacturing experience
Knowledge in all production functions (i.e. expert-level familiarity with plant operations)
