Overview:
Pacha Soap Co. is on a mission to create natural sustainable products that not only benefit our customers but also make a positive impact on the world. We are seeking a self-starter to support our sales and marketing efforts and help us support Pacha Soaps in-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a regenerative mindset an owners approach to leadership.

This internship is a great opportunity to learn how a growing brand connects with both retail partners and consumers while building practical skills in organization communication and brand execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist with sending product samples ordering display materials and coordinating marketing collateral shipments to retail partners.
Marketing & PR Support: Prepare and ship product samples press kits and influencer packages to support marketing and brand awareness efforts.
Merchandising Review: Screen in-store displays and provide clear feedback to ensure brand standards and consistency are met.
Logistics & Organization: Track shipments maintain sample inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of requests from the sales and marketing teams.

Experience Required:

A college student studying Business Marketing Communications or a related field
Detail-oriented with a consumer-first mindset
Proactive adaptable and excited to jump in wherever needed
Collaborative and team oriented

Must Haves:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Organized and detailed oriented
Self-starter who can tackle the task at hand while looking for continual process improvement
Creative thinker with the ability to follow existing templates while bringing fresh ideas
Lead/Interact in a way that is consistent with Pacha Core Values
