Summary - Sales & Estimating Manager
This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth ensuring accurate proposals and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the Sales and Estimating staff including a Junior Estimator Inside Sales Representative and Outside Sales Representative.
-Perform senior estimating duties including quantity take-offs budgets and proposals.
-Oversee hiring onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
-Support sales staff during new customer meetings presentations and calls.
-Follow up with potential clients to ensure contract awards and maintain long-term customer relationships.
-Host internal and external meetings to align teams and support client engagement.
-Utilize Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM systems to manage opportunities client data and sales pipeline.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to the team fostering accountability and growth.
-Work directly with architects contractors and developers on architectural building product projects.
Qualifications:
-Proven leadership experience managing sales and estimating teams.
-Strong estimating background with experience in architectural building products.
-Proficiency in quantity take-offs budgets and proposal preparation.
-Bluebeam experience preferred.
-CRM experience required; Salesforce experience highly preferred.
-Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to lead and mentor a team while also managing client-facing responsibilities.
Salary range $90-110k
