Were Hiring: Reporting Analyst (12-Month Maternity Leave Contract)

Using tools like Google sheets Google App Script and Looker Studio youll transform raw data into clear actionable insights that help leaders see trends measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
This role blends business intelligence and reporting perfect for someone who loves spreadsheets dashboards and storytelling through data.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract offering valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
What Youll Do
Build and maintain reports: Use Google Sheets pivot tables and scripts to organize and analyze large data sets.
Spot patterns and problems: Identify trends errors and opportunities in sales service and marketing performance data.
Run and automate scripts: Execute and update report scripts across departments to ensure data is fresh and accurate.
Support special projects: Collaborate with Operations Marketing and Leadership on data-related initiatives.
Keep it clean: Validate audit and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple systems.
Simplify complexity: Present information in a clear visual and actionable waycharts dashboards and summaries that tell a story.
Who You Are
Proficient in Google Sheets and Looker studio (pivot tables formulas data validation advanced filters and queries).
Programming experience (javascript preferred but not required).
Experience structuring and writing data queries (SQL or similar)
Curious and analytical. You like solving puzzles and finding whats behind the numbers.
Detail-driven accurate and organized.
Comfortable working with large data sets.
Strong communicator. You can explain data clearly to non-technical teammates.
Open to learning and growing into more advanced data analytics or operations roles.
- Experience using AWS products and services ideal
Experience with Google App Script MySQL or Google/Meta reporting tools is a plus but not required.
