Job Title: RN Infusion
Location: The Woodlands TX 77380
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 9-hour shifts
Weekly Schedule: MondayFriday (occasional flexibility required)
Responsibilities:
Serve in a clinical expertise role and provide proficient patient care in an outpatient infusion setting.
Deliver and manage IV therapy for patients across multiple specialties with complex diagnoses.
Perform infusion-related tasks such as starting IVs accessing ports mixing and administering medications and monitoring patients for reactions.
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of recent infusion experience in a hospital or outpatient infusion center.
Strong IV and port access skills.
Ability to calculate and mix infusion medications.
Proficiency in Epic EMR.
Experience handling medications such as Gamunex Lequimby IVIG MS and MG therapies preferred.
Skills:
Infusion Pumps Infusion Therapies IV Infusions Port Access Mixing Medications Infusion Medication Knowledge Incident Reporting Attention to Detail.
