Salary and Benefits
- Base salary of $215000 $230000 (based on years of experience)
- Annual performance bonus up to $10000
- Total earning potential of $240000 per year
- Relocation assistance up to $10000
- Comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance

- Continuing Medical Education (CME): 5 days and $3000 annual stipend
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks PTO 5 paid holidays 3 sick days
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match after 90 days
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients ranging from young adults to seniors
- No pediatric patients
- Average patient volume of 22 patients per day
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team including front desk staff scheduler and certified medical assistant (CMA)
- Shared MD support 2x per week
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in a family practice setting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Degree of MD or DO
- Clear and active license to practice medicine in the state of Florida
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for delivering personalized high-quality healthcare
