Qualifications:
Required Education and/or Experience:
Ph.D. in Computer Engineering or a related field (degree must be earned from an accredited university by December 31 2025).
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
Prior teaching and industrial experience is desirable;
Demonstrated strong English communication skills;
Experience in teaching in a hybrid or on-line environment;
Experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence in research is preferred.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and graduate level Computer Engineering courses including Digital System Design Computer Architecture Microprocessor Systems Real-Time Embedded Systems and Cyber-Physical Systems;
Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students;
Service to the department college university and community;
Contribute to scholarship within the discipline of ECE;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge ofelectrical systems or computer systems with research interest in their area of expertise;
Ability to collaborate with existing faculty.
