About the Role
Odyssey Contracting is growing and looking for a proven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-moving high-accountability environment. Youll run company-provided qualified appointments with homeowners scope projects build trust and close deals in exterior and interior remodeling (decks additions sunrooms siding roofing windows/doors etc.).
What Youll Do
Run in-home consultations from company-provided leads; perform needs assessments and basic measurements.
Educate homeowners on products design options and construction methods; build value and urgency.
Create proposals present pricing/financing negotiate and close.
Manage your pipeline follow up relentlessly and hit weekly/monthly targets.
Document every interaction in the CRM and coordinate clean handoffs to production.
Represent Odyssey with professionalism at all times (evenings/weekends common).
What Were Looking For (Skills)
Persuasion & negotiation grounded in integrity and value-based selling.
Active listening and consultative discovery.
Product knowledge in construction/home remodeling (materials methods timelines).
Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with systems like AccuLynx a plus).
