Compensation: Base salary uncapped commission (commissions paid weekly)

About the Role

Odyssey Contracting is growing and looking for a proven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-moving high-accountability environment. Youll run company-provided qualified appointments with homeowners scope projects build trust and close deals in exterior and interior remodeling (decks additions sunrooms siding roofing windows/doors etc.).

What Youll Do

  • Run in-home consultations from company-provided leads; perform needs assessments and basic measurements.

  • Educate homeowners on products design options and construction methods; build value and urgency.

  • Create proposals present pricing/financing negotiate and close.

  • Manage your pipeline follow up relentlessly and hit weekly/monthly targets.

  • Document every interaction in the CRM and coordinate clean handoffs to production.

  • Represent Odyssey with professionalism at all times (evenings/weekends common).

  • Active listening and consultative discovery.

  • Product knowledge in construction/home remodeling (materials methods timelines).

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (experience with systems like AccuLynx a plus).

Schedule & Territory

  • Full-time; afternoons/evenings and weekends as required by homeowner availability.

  • Local territory within define service area.
