What will you work on
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Senior Director Credit & Collections Operations to lead and transform legacy processes modernizing our systems and tools. You will be driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability across our Order-to Cash ecosystem while ensuring positive customer experiences.
This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strategic thinking strong change management skills and deep operational expertise in credit risk assessment and collections best practices.
As a key member of the Finance leadership team you will shape the future of our credit risk and collections operationsdriving enterprise-wide alignment operational excellence and digital innovation to support business scalability and financial performance.
How will you create impact
- Set the vision for a future-state credit and collections organization that is agile data-driven and technology-enabled.
- Collaborate with senior finance and commercial leaders to align transformation goals with broader business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to unify teams standardize global processes and align policies and practices.
- Own the roadmap for modernizing credit and collections processes policies and controls.
- Lead the optimization of technology platforms (e.g. SAP High Radius etc.) to automate workflows improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
- Leverage data and analytics to enhance credit decisioning improve collection effectiveness and reduce DSO.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies controls and external regulatory requirements related to credit and collections activities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress toward transformation milestones and financial outcomes.
- Drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives to optimize working capital cash flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the credit and collections team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement including setting performance expectations conducting reviews and providing development opportunities.
What are your skills and experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration accounting or a related field advanced degree/certifications preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years progressive experience in finance operations experience in credit and collections preferred global public company also preferred
- Proven experience leading large scale transformation or integration initiatives in a global or matrixed organization
- Demonstrated success in implementing digital tools and automation in finance OTC area preferred
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment
- Excellent analytical communication and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
