Job Summary

Advantage Dealer Group is seeking an experienced motivated and detail oriented Hybrid Sales & Service BDC Representative to join our growing Business Development Center located at our Fort Hill corporate office.

This position plays a key role in supporting both our Service and Sales departments by driving appointment performance maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels.

You will be the voice of Advantage handling inbound and outbound customer interactions setting qualified appointments and helping our dealerships exceed their goals.

Responsibilities

Service BDC Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance or repair appointments

  • Contact customers for recalls overdue maintenance and declined services

  • Coordinate with service advisors to ensure accurate appointment scheduling

  • Promote current service specials and dealership loyalty programs

  • Provide consistent follow up throughout the customer service experience

Sales BDC Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet and phone leads via email text and phone calls

  • Qualify customers based on needs budget and timeframe

  • Schedule showroom and test drive appointments for Advantage Chevrolet Toyota and Acura locations

  • Follow up with unsold leads missed appointments and previous month opportunities

  • Update all lead activity and customer notes accurately in the CRM

Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven BDC or dealership experience in Sales or Service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient with CRM systems such as VinSolutions Xtime or similar tools

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced high volume environment

  • Strong phone text and email communication abilities

  • Goal driven and team oriented with a positive attitude

  • Top performers and experienced BDC professionals are highly encouraged to apply

Schedule

  • Full time onsite

  • Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule

  • Mandatory Saturdays
