DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides management organizational and business improvement services to include visioning business strategy planning information strategy planning quality management organizational design/efficiency business analyses and business transformation.
- Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish program priorities allocate resources and monitor outcomes.
- Provide oversight of budgets schedules and risk management for multiple concurrent programs.
- Represent the organization in high-level interagency coordination stakeholder meetings and executive briefings.
- Education:Bachelors degree
- If you do not have a Bachelors degree the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification (PMP) may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of project management experience.
- Experience in emergency management homeland security public safety or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large complex projects or programs.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage budgets resources and schedules effectively.
- $70/hour
