PAIR Finance is expanding! The success story of revolutionizing the debt collection industry in the German market already started in Berlin in 2016 and in 2024 we started our business in Sweden.. For the further development and expansion of our customer service for our clients customers (B2C) we are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead (f/m/d) with a strong history in the Swedish debt collection market. What you can do with us:
- Lead a customer service team that covers requests from consumers from the Swedish market
- Continuous further development of the operational processes in the customer service team
- Ensuring that the team communicates confidently with clients and customers via telephone e-mail chat and letter and that concerns are dealt with in a solution-oriented and competent manner
- Ensuring competent communication of the team with third parties in particular debt counseling and attorneys
- Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons including inquiries about data protection and legal issues
- Ensuring the economically effective processing of files and maintenance of CRM systems
- Gathering feedback from clients customers and third parties and providing related support to improve technology and service delivery
- Empathic and supportive leadership of a dedicated team
- Collaborate with the international management team especially Collections and Operations for the continuous development of processes
- Reporting to the Country Head Sweden and to the Head of Collection in Berlin
What you should bring for it:
- Successfully completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training education on HBO level or a qualified academical degree
- 5 years of experience as a customer service team lead in the debt collection industry
- Strong motivational skills to lead a dedicated team and focus on the development of individual team members
- Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to improve processes and standards
- Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Good MS Office skills and interest in technology
