The Roles

Were expanding the capacity of our Field Operations department and currently looking for Tractor Drivers to join our dynamic and values driven team.

Whether youre looking for the stability of a permanent full-time or permanent part-time role or the flexibility of a casual position this is a great opportunity to work outdoors and operate modern machinery. Our tractor drivers are involved in general farm duties such as ground preparation planting irrigation fertilising harvesting support and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tractors and other farm equipment to complete tasks including discing tilling bed-forming spraying deep ripping slashing and mulching.
  • Maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Prepare fields and plant crops in line with schedules
  • Apply chemicals and fertilisers following directions and safety standards
  • Install repair and operate irrigation systems
  • Assist with general farm presentation
  • Report safety concerns and comply with OHS requirements
  • Participate in toolbox meetings and foster a team-focused attitude

About You

Were seeking individuals who are:

  • Mechanically minded with machinery experience
  • Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions
  • Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able to read and follow safety instructions (especially for chemical handling)
  • Competent with basic computer tasks
  • Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence be able to drive a manual vehicle and have reliable transport
  • Flexibility in work hours to include some rostered weekend shifts
