DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverages deep understanding of the clients mission to develop and refine operational plans and concepts of operations (CONOPS) optimizing the use of existing and planned systems to meet mission needs.
- Optimize the use of current and planned systems ensuring alignment with mission needs and strategic goals.
- Actively participate in the system development lifecycle including the development of system concepts requirements CONOPS and training requirements.
- Lead enterprise-wide process improvement reengineering and modernization initiatives.
- Guide project teams mentoring staff and fostering knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Influence strategic decisions by providing data-driven analysis forward-looking recommendations and innovative solutions
- Participates actively in the system development process including the development of system concepts system requirements concepts of operations and training requirements.
- Education:Bachelors degree
- If you do not have a Bachelors degree the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in emergency management homeland security public safety or related field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of system development lifecycles performance measurement frameworks and enterprise transformation methodologies.
- $67/hour
