Job Title: Automotive Porter (Driver)
Location: Wexford / North Hills PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
As a Porter youll play a key role in keeping our dealership running smoothly. Youll be responsible for moving and parking vehicles maintaining a clean and organized lot and supporting the service team with various tasks to ensure a great experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas.
- Keep the dealership lot service bays and customer areas clean and organized.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g. tire pressure fluid levels).
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and ensure vehicles are clean and ready.
- Retrieve and transport vehicles for customers and service staff.
- Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers.
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and health regulations.
- Report any vehicle damage or operational issues to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- Previous porter or automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable punctual and strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift bend and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of performing manual tasks and fine motor hand movements.
- Comfortable working in automotive shops and outdoor environments.
- Able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Drug Policy
All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.
The starting compensation is expected to be:
$15.00-$16.00 /hourWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
