Middle StrongSenior Project Manager (part time, contract)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with a solid track record of delivering digital products in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

Project:

• Timeline: 6 months with a possibility of prolongation contract work

• Part time - 60-80 hours/month; working hours in CET or EEST time zone

Hard Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) including sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

• Strong expertise in roadmapping backlog management and facilitating product discovery and delivery phases.

• Proficient in industry-standard tools: Jira Confluence Miro Figma.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) API integration and front-end/back-end architecture.

• Experienced in collaborating with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into epics user stories and actionable tasks.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining project documentation timelines status reports and performance tracking metrics.

• Able to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.

• Natural team leader with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across all departments.

• Strong communicator and facilitator able to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.

• Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity shifting priorities and evolving goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Skilled at negotiating trade-offs managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining project focus and momentum.

• Collaborative mindset with experience working with distributed teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
