Job Summary

Intro
A Technical Solution Consultant in Screening Eagle acts as the technical bridge between sales product engineering and customers. You will help prospects and customers understand how the product works tailor the solution to their business needs lead product demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs) support pre-sales and post-sales phases and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
What will you do
  • Execute discovery workshops with potential customers to understand business pain points workflows system architectures integrations and requirements.
  • Lead and deliver product demonstrations POCs and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design including data flows integrations (APIs third-party systems) customisations and configurations.
  • Work with product / engineering teams to ensure feasibility and align expectations.
  • Assist customers with onboarding data migration configuration testing training and ensuring adoption.
  • Act as point of contact for technical issues escalations and technical feedback from customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing Product and Engineering teams.
  • Provide market and customer feedback into the product roadmap.
What do we expect
  • BA/BS (Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related technical field).
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales / solution consulting / systems integration) in a SaaS or cloud-software environment.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture web / cloud infrastructure (e.g. REST APIs microservices cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Experience in integration projects (APIs third-party services) and ability to handle customisation/configuration.
  • Solid business acumen: able to map technical features to business benefits understand ROI TCO etc.
  • Execellent presentation demonstration and communication skills (able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders).
  • Ability to multitask: manage multiple opportunities / customers in parallel.
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
  • Prior experience working with sales engineering or solution consulting teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
