Account Manager, Commercial (French Speaking)

Whats the opportunity
What will I be doing
- Youll own and act as the main point of contact for a book of business
- Your goal will be to drive net growth within that book
- Youll hunt and work expansion opportunities within that book
- Youll run a proactive and effective renewal process
- Youll articulate Intercoms value using theCommand of the Messageframework
- Youll forecast and plan pacing throughout each month and quarter
- Youll partner with a CSM and SE to ensure the long term success of your book
- Youllpartner with R&D and Marketingto ensure the voice of your customers is heard
What skills do I need
- 2-3 years experience in a B2B closing role
- 2 years of SaaS experience
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Ability to discover pain and articulate potential solutions
- Ability to accurately qualify opportunities
- Ability to do light demos and/or experience working closely with Sales Engineer/ CSM
- Capable of building compelling presentations for customers (QBRs Pricing proposals etc.)
- Experience forecasting on a monthly or quarterly basis
Bonus skills & attributes
- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Experience working renewals
- Experience using the Command of the Message framework
- Experience using MEDDPICC as a qualification framework
