Job Summary

Location: Haywards Health Burns House or Leatherhead Carlton House covering the South region

Salary: 49178 to 57849 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

As an Available Homes Manager youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our homes are let efficiently fairly and to residents who can sustain successful tenancies. Youll lead a high-performing regional team driving operational excellence to reduce rent loss improve turnaround times and enhance the customer experience.

This is a key leadership role where youll work collaboratively across Clarion and with external partners to make sure every home we let contributes to Clarions long-term success and community impact.

What Youll Be Doing

Leadership & Performance

Lead inspire and support a dispersed regional team to deliver excellent performance and meet key targets.
Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement.
Use performance data and insight to identify and address any delays in the lettings process.
Drive behavioral and cultural change to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

Act as the main regional contact for local authorities and other housing partners.
Negotiate and manage nomination agreements to ensure efficient allocations and sustainable tenancies.
Build strong internal relationships with Maintenance Housing and Development teams to ensure new homes are ready to let on time.
Influence and hold partners to account for delivery ensuring joint ownership of performance outcomes.

Strategic Delivery

Collaborate with other Available Homes Managers to deliver a consistent high-quality service across all regions.
Contribute to policy and process reviews to drive improvements and efficiency.
Ensure all activity complies with regulatory statutory and Clarion standards.

What Youll Need

Proven experience leading and motivating dispersed teams in a performance-driven environment.
A strong track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills confident when managing senior stakeholders.
Analytical and solutions-focused with the ability to translate insight into action.
