About the role:
Are you a detail-oriented and organized self-starter looking for a role with a creative forward thinking and innovative marketing team This position is your opportunity to support the advancement of AvePoints brand demand and stand to increase company value. As a Marketing Coordinatoryou areresponsible for elevating the social media appearance increase customer and business partner engagement organise and execute on event logistics as well as marketing campaigns to support our business across EMEA.
Key responsibilities:
- Strengthen AvePoints brand footprint through a strong social media presence. This includes devising creative campaigns increasing the reach and interaction of and on our page and monitoring as well as analysing the results.
- Coordinating with EMEA channel marketing team and Customer Success Team on content for external newsletters marketing literature and communications related to AvePoints identity to ensure consistency in messages. Producing as well as dispatching our newsletters for existing customers as well as for our business partners.
- Assisting the Marketing team on the execution of strategy and process for online and in-person events including workshops tradeshows and webinars. This covers event communications including website copy newsletters ads and media.
- Furthermore creating and maintaining event budgets work back schedules internal tracking spreadsheets and event logistics will be part of your responsibilities.
- Assisting with backend operations to ensure the success of activities such as:
- budget and invoice closure
- lead upload in CRM system
- maintenance of appropriate prospects customer and campaign records through Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- 1-3 years of relevant marketing coordination experience required
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong desire to increase knowledge in the marketing field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with natural organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely manner
- Travel to support in-person events
- Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and French
