Overview:
Pacha Soap Co. is on a mission to create natural sustainable products that not only benefit our customers but also make a positive impact on the world. We are seeking an innovative and strategic graphic designer to support our marketing efforts and help us bring the brand to life across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a regenerative mindset an owners approach to leadership and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable assets that drive brand sales and engagement.

This internship is designed for someone who is eager to learn organized and full of fresh ideas. You will get hands-on exposure to design in a fast-paced business environment plus the chance to see your work in action on products marketing campaigns and even tradeshow floors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support: Assist in creating and updating sales and marketing collateral including planograms sell sheets product catalogs PowerPoint presentations signage and packaging elements.
Photography & Visual Content: Support agencies and freelancers product sample and lifestyle photography needs including quick-turn oops shots for ecommerce
Tradeshow & Marketing Materials: Help prepare design and maintain tradeshow and event materials ensuring inventory is accurate and brand visuals are consistent.
Product Development Assistance: Partner with the product team on sample handling color sample shipping render updates and organization of incoming product samples to keep development workflows running smoothly.
Cross-Department Creative Requests: Provide design support for internal teams (HR operations etc.) as needed ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
Organization & File Management: Maintain orderly systems for marketing and trade show supplies and digital assets (photo/video files) ensuring the team can easily access materials and resources.

Experience Required:

A college student or recent graduate studying Graphic Design Marketing Communications or a related field
Creative and detail-oriented with an eye for brand consistency
Proactive adaptable and excited to jump in wherever needed
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc.) and Microsoft Office
Interest or skills in photography/videography (bonus points if you love experimenting with phone photography or creating quick videos)
Positive team-oriented and eager to grow your design and professional skills

Must Haves:

Adobe Creative Suite Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Strong eye for designs layout and brand consistency
Organized and detailed oriented
Creative thinker with the ability to follow existing templates while bringing fresh ideas
Interest in photography/videography
Lead/Interact in a way that is consistent with Pacha Core Values
