Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Personal Care Assistantfor an exciting job in Leesburg VA.
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized assistance with mobility feeding toileting and personal hygiene.
Support student engagement during classroom activities transitions and social interactions.
Monitor and maintain a safe environment for all students.
Collaborate with teachers therapists and staff to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Record observations and report progress or concerns to supervising staff.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
BLS and First Aid certification (required).
Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
