The Team Leader Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching motivation and accountability.As a Team Leader (f/m/d) for e-commerce sector you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of customer service advisors of a global online marketplace. Your responsibilities will include encouraging supporting and coaching your team in relation to their performance indicators. You will also be responsible for preparing and conducting one-on-one conversations and team meetings as well as the operational management of your team so that we can achieve the KPIs agreed with the client.
You will perform these tasks on site at our location in Pécs. This means you will meet the best colleagues in the world every day!
