- This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role in opening a new clinic!

- Our ideal candidate would be interested in serving as a physician leader be an energetic team-player and have a love of patients in the Northland.

- Brand new state of the art clinic on its way! Hoping to have construction completed Dec 2023.

- We are in the process of developing a high-quality efficient-service model integrating 2 MDs 2 APPs Clinic Assistants and other support staff. The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience.

- Walk-In care on-site

- Flexible 0.6-1.0 FTE

- 100% outpatient

- 1:26 telephone call

- BC/BE in Family Medicine

LOCATION

- Staples MN is located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis

- Staples population: approximately 3000

- Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65000; Regional service area: 115000

COMPENSATION

-$323400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.
