- エンジニアメンバーのチームマネジメント
- 海外の技術部門や国内のビジネス部門との要件整理調整業務仕様提案
詳細な業務内容
1. プロジェクトマネジメント分析業務
- 社内プロパティマネジメントチームおよび顧客からの要件分析
- ビジネス要件を具体的なプロジェクト成果物に変換
- 企画から完成までプロジェクトライフサイクル全体の管理
2. テクノロジーリーダーシップシステムアップデート
- グローバルおよびリージョナルIT部門との連携によるテクノロジーアップデートの実行
- 既存プラットフォームにおけるシステムアップグレードと実装の調整
- JLLのグローバルテクノロジー標準との整合性確保
3. ビジネスインテリジェンスチームのリーダーシップ
- ビジネスインテリジェンスチームの指導メンタリング
- プロパティマネジメント業務全体でのデータドリブン意思決定の推進
- BIストラテジーとロードマップの開発実装
4. ベンダー業務委託者管理
- 外部ベンダーおよび業務委託者との関係管理
- アウトソースされた開発メンテナンス活動の監督
- 品質保証とSLA遵守の確保
5. システムサポートメンテナンス
- MRIプロパティマネジメントシステムを含む重要システムの技術サポート
夜間休日サポートを含むシステムメンテナンス活動の調整
- システムの可用性とパフォーマンス最適化の確保
必要な資格経験
必須スキル
- SQL Serverの開発運用経験5年以上
- SQL ServerのStored ProcedureFunctionTriggerの利用経験3年以上
- .NETでのWebアプリケーション開発運用経験5年以上
- .NETでのバッチ処理開発運用経験3年以上
- オンプレミスサーバーWindows Serverの運用経験3年以上
- 3名程度のチームマネジメント経験3年以上
- 日本語 ネイティブ
- 英語を使ったコミュニケーション経験1年以上
- 東京本社に通える方
