Core Responsibilities
Order Management (50%)
1-1. Orders processing and customer service
Process customer orders based on each customers specific processing framework to ensure customers orders are processed in the most efficient manner
Upload and check customer orders (excel EDI web-EDI B2B order portal etc) into SAP within expected lead-time timeframe
Coordinate product deliveries with 3rd party logistic partners
Answer customer inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction levels
1-2. Electronic Order Processing
Accurately process EDI / Web B2B orders electronically
Ensure that all electronic messages are generated successfully (POAPOCASNINVOIC)
Communicate and correct any error that may occur due to inconsistencies between customer and The LEGO systems
1-3. Efficient and sufficient retail stock management for high stock turn and stock availability
1-4. Manage supply allocation process in the Business Unit with Customer Development team in case of constrained supply
1-5. Reverse logistics
Create return orders
Assist with return logistics enquiries
1-6. Value-added Services
Execute customer specific tasks (end of month reconciliation palletization schematics preparation)
Actively review customers weekly replenishment orders vs stock and sales data
Order Digitization Process Improvement (50%)
2-1. Lead order processing automation related project including SAP B2B web shop EDI Contents Hub approval engine etc
2-2. Lead system interface projects from supply chain perspectives such as sales planning & management tools (TPM CTM Listing Management tools) interface to order processing tools and their impact to OM Master DP CO Ops tools various Market & Channel Tech & Tools connections bridge
2-3. Maintain required Masterdata on SAP EDI and Web B2B and customer portals and become subject matter expert in product and customer Masterdata in Japan business unit
2-4. Continuous improvement on Order process optimization

LEGO Japan is the sales organization of The LEGO Group that is responsible for sales activities in Japan Market. The size of the organization is approximately 60 including temporally workers. Market Operations team in Japan consists of 3 sub-team; Demand Planning Customer Operations and Order Management. This position sits under Order Management team.
Do you have what it takes
Proven ability to engage with different parties in a multi-national matrix organization with minimal supervision
Advanced knowledge and experience of supply-chain operational procedures and tools (such as SAP EDI etc)
Exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment in problem solving
Timely multi-task management with prioritization
Advanced MS Office applications (Excel PPT Word Outlook Teams Power BI)
Influence leadership through explanation of facts policies and practices
Japanese & English project management skills at multi-national matrix organization
Staff management experience
