We have an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Repairs Manager to join our team covering Hertsmere and surrounding areas.

Were looking for you to be responsible for the operational management of all colleagues delivering property repairs surveying and estate services within this region.

Well look to you to act as a technical reference and escalation point for your team resolving operational and nonstandard issues and providing advice and guidance on process and procedure to support others in delivering their duties.

Youll be responsible for managing your teams performance allocating work and reviewing completion taking appropriate action to ensure timeliness and quality and contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.

It is essential that you have experience in leading coaching and performance management.
