Job Summary

General Services:
  • Professionally manage all customer requests for IFM services per service delivery expectations and provide the means for service request initiation/routing in one system.
  • Day to day operations Mail room Services.
  • Incoming and outgoing distribution of packages/material/mail.
  • Reporting all the delivery processes.
  • Event pre-arrangement. Make sure all the A/V equipments are in a good condition
  • Arrange the meeting room sha Arrange for snacks for the attendees if requested Hosting/welcoming the guests
Office Print Program:
  • Ordering and managing papers & consumables
  • Monitoring the device performance and cartridge level
  • Reporting consumable outages or paper issues
  • Control the waste/ abuse printing Orientation Program.
  • Welcoming/ hosting on-board the new joiners giving an overview of the workplace facility request procedures badging access approval mail pick up and seating arrangements as necessary.
  • Managing the Approved Parking Request from Office Stationary
  • Regular check for the stationary corner
  • Ordering and managing office stationary
Food Services;
  • Management to the Landlord
  • Beverage program services (coffee tea hot & cold water)
  • Interface with all suppliers for ordering and managing the services to ensure that orders and deliveries are made in a timely order to support the free beverage program offered to employees. (Breakfast Package) Space arrangement and cleaning services before and after


Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Facility management hospitality or related industry.

Should be locally available in Qatar with Valid QID
