Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with a strong digital marketing orientation to lead our efforts in the Benelux region. While this is not a digital-only role the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital channels and campaign execution particularly in B2B and B2C environments. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement.
Location: Benelux Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive a regional marketing strategy through a strong understanding of the industry market dynamics competitive landscape and customer behavior.
- Ability to absorb and analyze market data trends and insights - and translate this knowledge into actionable plans that shape the overall marketing strategy.
- Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across both online and offline channels including performance-based campaigns marketing automation and content-driven engagement. This includes planning executing and continuously optimizing campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation customer journey enhancement and measurable performance improvements.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to amplify marketing efforts and co-marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling content for digital platforms brochures case studies and sales enablement.
- Work closely with sales managers to support business growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with our global marketing product marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a marketing manager with a strong background in performance marketing.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and build strategies from the ground up.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing: SEO/SEM PPC web analytics marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot Marketo).
- Experience with tools for push notifications in-app campaigns and consumer-facing apps is a plus
- Strong understanding of and experience with B2B B2C B2B2C marketing dynamics and customer journey mapping.
- Skilled in content creation and campaign planning.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Dutch speaking & Good level of English required
